Simple Hope

Our ministry took us to the very interior parts of the Bush. We met another Hadzabe tribe with difficult living conditions. We brought some of the last packathon food to share, we listened to their struggles and prayed with Pastor Tumbay who commissioned them to listen and learn about God. Keep these people in your prayers for hope and a future.

WE at Simple Hope would like to send our prayers for all the tragedies our world is facing. There are no easy answers to why these things happen - but from the bottom of our hearts, our thoughts, prayers and hearts go out to all who are suffering. May God Bless and Keep you ALL safe!

Thank you Pastor Tumbay for sending us these pictures of our Hadzabe family. We are saddened at the passing of Msava, from the Gorafani camp. We pray that heaven is giving him the joy he deserves. We continue to pray for everyone in Tanzania.

We are in need of prayers please. ALL of our chickens have been struck with a disease that is wiping out every chicken in Lake Eyasi region. We were notified today from Patrick that none have survived. We will need to begin again for this is a great sustainable food source for the Hadzabe and without the chickens, they will lack the necessary protein. Please keep all of this in your prayers..we are devastated..but know God knows our pain and sorrow.

Its hard to believe we will be celebrating our 7th year of being a registered non profit. We couldnt have done our work in Tanzania Africa and in the USA without your love, prayers and support both financially and physically. When we began this journey it was all because we said "yes" to Gods call. Who would ever wake up one day and say: "Hey I think I will do some work in Africa?" I think you all understand that once your heart is moved and transformed you just move forward..and never look back. We know that those that God has connected us too was his plan all along. Some were for lessons in life while others were to see the fruit of labor. God has drawn us closer to him. While we rest at the feet of Jesus, we look to him with a humble heart and eyes of a child and say: " Continue to send us Lord, for the work is great and your kingdom needs love and compassion" Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for supporting the mission of Simple Hope.

Dear friends,

As most of you know, we have been working very hard to serve our brothers and sisters in Christ in a rural region in Tanzania Africa. The Hadzabe tribe is who we have been called to serve. The Hadzabe have several camps around the Lake Eyasi region...some are a great distance from our center. Pastor Tumbay has been telling us for many months that the area groups are crying from hunger. They also have no access to water in their camps which also is another concern. We are seeking your prayers and if you find it in your hearts to help us with a financial donation to get food to the other camps we will begin a distribution for them asap. Thank you for your love and support. Remember to count your blessings today. You can donate by going to our website: www.simple-hope.org.

The Simple Hope SIPer project progresses both here in the USA and in Tanzania. We need more buckets 5 gallon and wine corks collected. If you visit restaurants, please do not hesitate to ask them if you could take the buckets off their hands..they will be happy to help us. We look forward to hearing from you..we can pick up your collection when you let us know. Thank you in a million ways.
